A former coal mine tunnel is one of over ten structures in the XPX Taiwan Coal Mine Museum designated as historic buildings by New Taipei City Government Dec. 25. The working mine operated from 1965 through 1997 and was turned into a part of the museum in 2002. (Courtesy of NTCG)
